Step 1: Admit to your problem and that it makes your life unmanageable.
Step 2: Admit a power greater than ourselves can restore our sanity.
Step 3: Decide to turn our will and life over to God.
Step 4: Make a moral and fearless inventory of yourself.
Step 5: Admit to God, to ourselves, and to another human being the exact nature of our wrongs.
Step 6: Get ready to have God remove all of those defects of character.
Step 7: Ask God to remove our shortcomings
Step 8: Make a list of all persons you have harmed and become willing to make amends to them all.
Step 9: Make direct amends with those possible without injury to them or harm to others.
Step: 10 Continue to take personal inventory, and when you are wrong, admit it.
Step 11: Pray & meditate to improve your conscious contact with God. Pray for only knowledge and His will for you and the power to carry it out.
Step 12: After having your spiritual awakening because of carrying out these steps, relay to others and continue the steps along your journey.
